When the Jeep world did not receive the Grand Cherokee ZJ to well the people in the Jeep universe wondered if that was the end of the Grand style Jeep. But lo and behold the engineers went back to the drawing board.

And what came out was the Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ model with a more rounded style and great technology married with front and rear coil springs and capable upgraded axles. It fast became a favorite of past XJ users as an off-road upgrade.
